Open Question: Car Accessories Kit Suggestions?

Just got a 2002 red Chevy prizm, which is the same as the Toyota corolla. I'm looking for a basic kit. Having a hard time finding something pretty yet reasonable at the same time. I'm looking for the 4 floor mats, 2 front seat covers, a back seat cover, and steering wheel cover. I'm a huge fan of Tinkerbell but the prices are really high, and they don't make a back seat cover. I'm also a fan of I Love Lucy but it's the same deal as with Tinkerbell. I don't really know which colors to look for. I'm guessing more black, since black is easier. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

Open Question: can essential oils be used to scent candles?

We are making candles, and we would like to know if the essential oils that are used in spa's the same thing as the oils that are used to scent candles? If not, what kind of oils are used to scent candles?

Open Question: Neighbors' pot smoking permeating walls. Tenants' rights (CA)?

Our next door neighbors (shared walls - townhouse) are heavy marijuana users. The smell from their pot use permeates through the vents and into our home, giving us headaches. Our main concern is for our two year old, we don't want him exposed to it. We've had local PD out several times and have filed numerous complaints with the property managers. PD and property managers now say there is nothing they can do because the neighbors have acquired a prescription. I don't have a problem with medical marijuana but am vehemently opposed to exposure for my toddler. The property managers have offered to let us move to a new townhouse but it would be at our expense. Do we have any rights or protection? We'd like the property managers to pay for movers. Moving is too much right now because we could lose our deposit for breaking the lease early. My husband just got out of the Navy and is having a hard time finding civilian work. We're a single income household with no extra money to shell out another $1k minimum for a new deposit elsewhere. We currently have our son's bedroom sealed up at night and have an air purifier running so that he doesn't have fumes while he sleeps. Thankfully they mostly smoke at night after he's in bed. That's working for the time being, but is not a long term solution. I would appreciate genuine answers, not veiled attacks on my priorities.
