Open Question: I need help picking modern and warm paint for the living room!?

The walls are white..I prefer a beige or tan ( anything in that area but could change my mind ) There is a cool wallpaper painting ( painted on to look like wallpaper ) in forest green with some more shimmer forest green ( very dark ) on the bottom half of the walls in the living room and hallway...Husband likes it a lot ( I think it is OKAY ) Would tan work for the top half of the walls? Should I pick something else? Should I paint over the green?

Open Question: Any ideas on neutral brownish color to go with SW Flower Pot and SW Compatible Cream? Thx so much!?

I've tried SW Bagel (too peachy), SW Beach House (right shade, but too cool), SW Dormer Brown (way too dark), SW Latte and Nomadic Desert (both too grey). I'm not usually picky, but this is challenging me! The room is open adjacent to the compatible cream (which is yellowish in my home) and the floors are a medium brown maple. Please help if you can, I'm stumped!

Open Question: What color comforter do you think will be best..?

Getting my room re done really soon. I had a comforter but my new puppy ripped a huge hole in it so now I can't use it.. My room is going to be orange and pink, but it's not going to be girly and teenish at all. Half of one wall is going to have black and white wallpaper with a damask pattern and all my furniture is antique looking. I have a lot of gold in my room and my bed is going to be off white but with a goldish tint to it. I also have some black. I know it sounds like it's going to look ugly but it really does look nice. I thought I'd get a nice light grey comforter, but then it won't match with my goldish bed at all. So now I'm out of ideas. My old comforter was reversible, it was pink on one side and orange on the other, I kept it on the pink side and folded the top part down so you could see the orange. What color do you think? Or if you have any specific comforter you think would look nice PLEASE post a link! *I have a twin sized bed.
