Open Question: I have a mint green/white bed set; What color should I paint my room? It's an all over printed damask design in white on a soft mint green ground. I'm planning on painting my room as well, but I'm having trouble coming up with a good match to the mint green. My room is very small, so I don't want to go dark as that will make my room appear even smaller than it already is. It's an attic bedroom so the walls are very angular as well. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Open Question: What's the best way to shop for furniture? How can you tell whether or not its comfortable from a quick sit?
Open Question: Matching two area rugs?My living and dining room are one room. (not a huge room) I bought an area rung which I would consider classic. It has about 9 rows of different color rectangles ( beiges, golds, browns, and burgundies) with a beige border for under my dining room table. I saw another rug with basically the same colors but with more burgundy. It has bigger rectangles that are all different sizes. Some are big stripes and not in any particular order. It is hard to describe. Can I put them together? One in the living room and one under the table? From the end of one to the beginning of other there would only be about 18 inches? Thanks Open Question: Where in Perth can i purchase a large black office desk?Im trying to find a large desk that has draws, and is about 300 to 400cm in length.
