Open Question: I have recently joined Yahoo answers to help homeowners with wood flooring diy questions.?

I admit that I also want to drive traffic to my website but I also want to help equally as much. However, when I put what I think are application search guidelines, not much pops up and what does pop up has been answered years ago. Please help the yahoo answers newbie out of a pickle.

Open Question: Cutting in when Painting?

Do you know any other ways to cut in from the wall, other than simply being careful not to touch the other wall with the brush? I'm trying to cut in, but I guess I'm not that steady cos there is just small bits of paint on the wall I don't want it on ! I'm looking for a straight vertical/horizontal cut in. Would use masking tape, but I think that would rip the paint off. Okay, thanks a lot for your quick and helpful replies ppl ! I heard that I could take the masking tape, dab it on my jumper (taking out a lot of the stickiness) and then place down wall. Could be another solution (??)

Open Question: What can you put on glass windows so outsiders cannot see in, but you can see out?

I have two small, narrow windows on either side of my front door, and when someone comes to my door, they always peek in. I cannot see whose at the door, without them seeing me. I don't want to use curtains - as any rod would have to extend beyond the window and would damage the wood. I also have windows in my garage door that I would like to cover with something to see out - but not in.

Open Question: Does anyone know of a place that makes, folding or inflatable tubs that would fit into the walk in shower?

I have a converted walk in shower (used to be a tub but the tub was taken out. I would like to occassionally soak my legs. Does anyone know of a place that makes, folding or inflatable tubs that would fit into the walk in shower?. I have done searches but all I come up with is portable spas and they are too big to fit into the shower area.

Open Question: office chair - should i buy one?

i'm starting a new job as an investigator. part of the time i will be working at home, the other part i'll be out and about. is it worth buying a good office chair? i have degenerative discs in my upper back, and generally need to be in a reclined position in order to prevent pain. i can work in my bed, on the floor, in my car, outside, or anywhere..i don't have to be at my desk all day. i was wondering if i should even other spending a 100 bucks on a chair. what do you think?

Open Question: Painting Walls in Kitchen with a Dark Blue Countertop?

I have a newly designed kitchen with dark blue countertop. Currently the walls are painted a light blue. We're going to have them repainted but can't decide on color. Any suggestions? Kitchen is part of open floor plan where you can see the Living Room and Dining Room, both of which are painted a pumpkin/copper color, which I attempted to match the cabinets.
