How much could we get for them if we could? Ah, Dolly, they are lovely, but we need the extra space we'll get without them!

Open Question: How much should it cost to get my hardwood floors done?

I was going to replace my carpet, but when I pulled up the carpet I noticed that I have pine wood under the carpet. It is raw wood and has never been painted or finished. I was going to get someone to come look at it and give me an idea of how much it may cost to sand them and put the polyurethane down. I have no idea of how much this may cost. The room is 14x12. I know prices will differ depending on area and companies. But, could someone give me a ball park figure so I will know what is too much. Thanks!
