Open Question: Three floors the bottome floor tennants?Like to smoke and toss thier cigaretts out on the ground so it is covered with cigarette butts, wrappers and empty packs. Now a broken whiskey bottle lies on the ground even thought their are kids in the complex, they do not play close to the building where all this takes place, should photo it and send to manager or let go and clean it up when piles enough. Open Question: Three floors I am on the second one.?The bottom tennants are very young and smoke and talk outside if at night on a weekend they come out every hour just as one goes to sleep and wake with chatter. By day the cigarette smoke enters my open window so I have to close it. Should say anything or not and if so what. More Recent Articles
