Open Question: When you get carpets and floors installed, what do you have to move yourself?

I have a dresser drawer, a book shelf, a TV in an entertainment center, CD's in a rack, etc. Does the carpet installer move this stuff or does he charge you extra to move it? How much? Thanks!
