Open Question: Anyone reccommend an "interior designer" that does roof terraces?

Ive got a bare roof terrace. Wood floors, fence and some railings. It needs plant boxes made and some upholstery and furniture. There's plenty of websites offering contemporary design but they're waayyy to expensive. Circa £10k which is far too much. Can anyone recommend an interior-designer-type person or company that can help design plants, furniture etc and actually put the thing together that won't cost the earth? We want to rent the flat out in 10 months time so don't want and can't afford to spend heaps on it but we need to make it look good.
