Im specifically wondering about lead in powder coatings, and anodized aluminum. Open Question: Euro Style Cabinets - Need refacing!?I have Euro style cabinet fronts in my kitchen, they are a laminate with a continuous oak pull rail along the bottom. I want to reface the front without buying new cabinets because they are custom sizes and new custom doors aren't in the budget. Any ideas? New hardware won't work because the oak trim is the handle. It's aluminum. I think it might be a powder coating or anodized aluminum but Im not positive. Anyone have any idea? I would really appreciate the help. I want to know because Im worried it might contain lead(its from china).
