Open Question: kitchen cabinet color preferences?

Im building to sell and would love to know what the majority vote is for color when it comes to cabinets. Do you like white painted traditional style or naturally light wood like maple? Or a dark stained espresso in a sleek contemporary style? I have a medium to light wood floor picked out but if thats bad I can change that....the whole floorplan is open throughout joining the living room and dining room with the same floor continuing throughout. I want as many opinions as possible! thanks. this is a home being built to sell so there is no real style established yet....thats why i want YOUR opinions.

Open Question: Teen Hangout Room Ideas?

I'm moving in to my brother's old bedroom, and that means we will have another bedroom left over. The plan is to make a TV room to hangout in, and I need some design ideas! low budget please, and i like the idea of a warm orange, and the contrast of turquoise. my bedroom will stay black and white with pink accents, so i'm open to something like that too. i love the idea of a rug and beanbags, and keep it warm and comfortable please. THANKS!

Open Question: Any Ideas for Designing My New Room?

Hi! I'm a 18 year old college student and my parents just bought a new house. Anyway, instead of living in a dorm room with a not so nice roommate, no parking space, and crazy people for another semester, I've decided to move back with my parents (the house is only about 5 minutes away from the dorm. I can save gas.) and take up residence in my own room. My mom and dad have finally allowed me and my brother to paint and design our rooms the way that we want to, not a way that matches with the rest of the house as they have for many years, and I'm super excited! I want my room to be a relaxed place where I can do my homework, have a few friends over, and just chill. I love classic movies and I wanna add my love for them into my space. I would like to know if there are any great websites or advice you guys can give me on how to go about this. Thanks in advance for reading my question! Oh, yea. Has to be inexpensive. I don't really have much of a budget...

Open Question: Room decoration help!?

Ok in order for you to understand this you have to hear the whole story. ill kinda summerize it tho. My parents got divorced a few years ago and when my dads gf left him my mom offered him to stay with us. The thing is we only have three bedrooms and he said he was gunna be here for a few months and so he stood in my room. I slept in my moms room. And now after almost a year, hes finally back on his feet and found a job and an apartment. So hes moving soon and to make it up to me, my mom is redoing my entire room. Now that were in the present tense, i need some room decorating ideas cause my mom is doing whatever i want with my room. I like purple but i want like a color scheme not like one color. I want it to be a place where i can chill out and study and do homework and stuff, but look like a picture in a magazine. And theres not like a budget but it cant be too expensive. I was thinking of pink and brown, but idk. i need help! PLEASE! Thanks!

I'm 16 years old and this would be my first job. I am wanting to either work with cleaning because i like to clean things, and i was hoping that i could find a job where i work in hotels just as a maid and clean rooms and nothing else. Or i'd like to work for display homes or new homes where i clean them before people see them or anything... I live in O'fallon Missouri. And if you could find me a website or anything with jobs like these...It would help me soooo much! Also do you know of any other jobs that i could do that have to do with cleaning that would be a decent amount of money?
