Open Question: I need some bedroom decorating tips!?I love in a one bedroom apartment, and my bedroom is so boring. It consists mainly of - my bed, desk, dresser, and a DVD shelf. I badly need some help as to how to decorate it - on a budget, and WITHOUT painting it! I guess I should have added that I've lived there for a few months! The bed already has sheets/comforters, etc. My comforter is striped with five colours.. pink, orange, yellow, red and purple. Just in case that information is pertinent! Open Question: Opinions and Suggestions on room decoration?Hey there, I'm a 15 year old girl, and I've started to feel like my bedroom is a little out-dated for me, it's not my personal bedroom, if that makes sense. So I've decided to change it. Firstly, I have 6 hip-height bookshelves, and a matching pine-style double bed, except all these pieces of furniture are from Sam's Warehouse, which mean it's that fake pine, so it looks a bit crappy. I was thinking of painting them either White with Black patterns, or Black with White patterns. *What do you think?* Secondly, my wardrobe is an in-built one, with sliding mirror doors, with a dark wood frame (same frame as around my door and window) I was thinking of taking out those mirror doors, and replacing them with wooden doors, which would either be White with Black handles and such, or Black with White handles (depends on the furniture) and with the frames, I'm going to paint them black. *Does this seem okay so far?* Thirdly, I'm planning on painting all my walls stark white, with a feature wall up the back. For the feature wall I was thinking either Teal, Red or Yellow (the three colours in my carpet that my mum won't change) OR a bright colour, with a bright rug to cover most of the carpet. *What does everything think?* *ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS* Thanks! x x o Suzie More Recent Articles
