Open Question: 2nd story addition info needed - adding bedrooms & baths - price? We want to add a 2nd story to our ranch home. 3 bedrooms to be 13'x14' w/ a closet sized 2'x6'. 4th bedroom (master) to be 14'x15' with a 1/2 bath size 5'x11' - in the 1/2 bath we want a toilet, closet for towels, & a double sink, in this mater bedroom we also want either 2 2'x6' closets or 1 big closet that's 2'x12'. On this level we also want a full bath (tub, shower, toilet) 10'x10' with double sink & closet for towels. I was planning on having a hallway down the middle with 2 beds & full bath on one side, & the master w/ bath & 1 bed on the other side. Should we add an extra small room on the side w/ the master & full bath to even out the two sides? About how much do you think this would cost? How many square feet would need to be added to do this? Any other advice? We're having an estimate Wed. I just want to be more informed & have an idea of what they may charge so I'm not surprized by the price. Should we add an extra small room on the side w/ the master & full bath to even out the two sides?- What I mean is.. should we add an extra small room on the side w/ the master & 1 other bed room (not full bath, full bath is on side with 2 other bed rooms) to even out the two sides?- Open Question: Mould and wet walls help please? In my partners house all along the bottom of the walls and in the corners of the ceiling there is which looks to possible be black mould aswell as normal mould.
