Open Question: what are your favorite decorating tips for a living room?Open Question: How do I place my coffee table and a 5x8 rug in the living room?Hi, My living room has 3 seater and 2 seater couches arranged L shaped. The dining table lies parallel to the 3 seater on the other end of the room. The TV is kept parallel to the 2 seater against the opposite wall. I have a coffee table and planning to buy a 5x8 rug. How do I place the table? Should it go in front of the 3 seater ( perpendicular to TV) or in front of the 2 seater?? I have tried arranging in both ways. But cant seem to come to a decision. Need some advice!! Open Question: Where can I buy a tree stump for an art project?I was thinking about calling a a tree stump removal person to see if they would sell tree stumps that they're removed, but I don't know if they actually remove it in one piece, or shred it to bits. I found a 12 inch tree stump for about $20 online I could buy, but I was looking for something bigger. Any ideas? Thanks! It looks so tacky I am almost embarassed to write it. In another room there is no string. Can someone suggest a CHEAP thing(s) I might consider using as the pull string?
