HELP!!!?I'm 13, almost fourteen. I'm moving soon and I want to plan out my room. The main colors I want are yellow, orange, and pink. Maybe a little bit of green..? I've decided my walls are going to be one orange, three yellow. And then I was planning on pink stuff to compliment it. (and again, maybe some green.) Do you have any ideas on the types of decor I could incorporate into my room? Like I think I want pink bedding, but any other thoughts? I want color, but I don't want everything to look cluttered. Another thing you might want to know is that I'm planning on having this wooden vanity/drawer thing in my room. (its just long with some drawers and then it comes with a matching mirror to go behind it). It's a very dark wood, but my mom was saying we could probably refinish it. Do you think there is a certain shade we should do it in? (light, dark, etc.) Moving in 3 months.. just saying this because some left a comment saying I'm moving in 4-5 years..? Open Question: Would it be stupid to use paint thinner on my kitchen cabnets even though they are old and warn?My cabinets are dark right now and I would like to have new ones but cant afford them. So could I just use paint thinner on them to see what color the real wood is and then either paint them or just stain them? They are banged up a little and the center of the doors are thin.
