Open Question: How much should I charge to paint a studio plus kitchenette?I am painting the studio attached to the house I rent for the homeowners, so I can rent it out. It is 14'x17', with recessed double wide closet with no door, large windows on all sides, plus a 4'x8' kitchenette. Will have to tape off counter and cabinets in kitchen, front door in kitchen, 3 windows in room, sliding glass door in room, back door. Will paint front and back doors. Will paint door and kitchen trims. Both doors have a window in them. Not painting ceiling or bathroom. No need to cover floor, carpet is being replaced. I am also in Hawaii (if that makes a price difference). How much should I charge to do this?
