I am in the market for a new home and I want the installation to be as cheap and easy as possible. I don't know anything about plumbing but I was thinking if I found a home with a bonus room that was right next to a restroom it may be easy to run pipe from the restroom pipes? Am I crazy? Does that even make a difference? What characteristics in a room should I be looking for when purchasing a home to make installation of this type of sink as cheap and easy as possible?
