Open Question: What kind of lighting is best for this funky-colored hallway?I recently painted my living room and adjoining hallway. The color is called Belgian Waffle. It looks beautiful during the day on the living room walls that get lots of natural sunlight. Kind of a soft, buttery cream color. However, at night, in the narrow hallway with no windows, I'm using a couple of regular 60W soft white incandescent light bulbs, and the effect on the paint is garish! It's like every bit of yellow pigment in the paint bounces off and reflects off of each other, and the hallway becomes an obnoxious yellowy yellow that I hate! Any ideas on how I could change the lighting to tone down the color at night? BTW, this is a mom using her son's account. (He wanted me to tell you that.) Open Question: I have a cream ivory tiles what color grout should i get?I need some recommendations on what color grout i should get, I had white grout that's turning yellowish and so I'm getting a professional that uses GROUT ARMOR grout that can fix my problem and it's very inexpensive. I sanded down metal frame to shiny metal. Sprayed it with some Cold Galvanized zinc coating, Spray painted it.. Waited a day in between all the painting and applying clear coats..
