(I have a very hard time getting up early in the morning). then I need another scent that will help me with my school studies? (I don't really have any trouble just sometimes its hard to keep my mind on what I'm doing). I also need another scent that will help me go to sleep? Our neighbour is not unduly noisy and neither are we. However, we can hear him talking, walking about etc. This is only really a problem at night, especially late on when the noise travels.
