Best paint to use in house with little two no ventilation.?I have a computer desk I just built. Living in Minnesota it is too cold at this time to paint outside. I have a 6 month old and a 6 year old in the house and don't want to expose them to harmful fumes. I know they just painted the walls at work in the nursing home and it was a closed space with the windows shut. I want to paint my desk so it looks half way decent since it is temporary but will be used in future as a card table (has folding legs). I don't know what type of paint to look buy let alone look for. Shopping stores in my area selling paint are Wal-mart, Home Depot, and Menard's. Some other specialty store are around but do not want to have to go through them due to cost. The big name stores are preferable. Also have Office Max, Target, I am working with a sanded plywood. Pine plywood so it is a softer wood. Was a temporary solution until I move into a more permanent place of residence.
