Open Question: where to put a pattern on dish towel?Open Question: What wall colour that goes with white Kitchen?We just moved to a new house. The kitchen is all white, which we like very much. Now we would like to re-paint the whole house, but we have no idea what colour to choose that would blend in with the white kitchen. Also, if we were to change from carpet to hardwood flooring, what colour of the latter should be to get a balance between the white kitchen, the wall's colour and the hardwood flooring? Thank you for your help and suggestions. Open Question: If previous owners painted my cement block basement walls, would adding dry-lock sealer to...?...the wall now do any good? There is moisture coming through parts of the walls. I imagine scrapping those areas clear and dry-locking them would be OK, put what about the regular painted areas. If they are not leaking, should I even worry about those areas? Should I expect the moisture to spread to uneffected areas? (I know this is all about the outside of the wall, but sealing from the outside is not an option). So last night I had the most vivid dream of a house, and it's hard for me to say this, but I think this is my dream house, and I really want to interpret this house on paper (but I don't think I could sketch it as well as I could just design it on a computer). Does anyone know of a place where you can design a house online or if there's a website like this that even exists? I need it to be free, and I need it to be REALLY unrestricted (as in, I could design stuff that looks immaculate, or really funky, or old fashioned all in one), not a basic cookie-cutter program.
