But I heard that top mounting with the thin edge on top is better because if I install the under mounting sink and for any reason I want to change it I should break my Granite top. Is this true? I stay in Kolkata. Can anyone suggest a good marble shop in Kolkata ? Open Question: An Overlook Problem in a House.?Hello, I am planning to buy a house in Florida. The problem is, the back of the house is overlooked by a Condo that has balconies that look onto the pool. The pool is screened, but the loss of privacy is quite a bit. To solve this, I considered Privacy screens and putting those on the roof of the screen frame: but I am told that privacy screens if put on the roof panels, will result in the whole screen blowing off the hinges in case of a strong wind. I cannot put trees up to act as a screen there too as this gated community Home Owners Association will not permit that etc etc. Are there any privacy screen substitutes that can be put on the roof in the pool screened area that will stay and is lightweight? I can walk away from that house, but it was otherwise perfect except this issue. Any suggesitons about the privacy? Especially I am planning to rent it out. More Recent Articles
