Open Question: Advice on paint mixing for Mid Century Modern appliances?I've painted with an air gun three times in my life. I've mixed paint to obtain a certain color only once. I don't know my way around a color wheel very well. The appliances all have bright, festive colors, but advice on dignified colors is appreciated. These appliances are from around 1959-1960 and are painted somewhat like an automobile. Many are "two tone". [How do I paint two tone without leaving a tape ridge?] I am afraid that my two tones will conflict. I don't even understand Cream and Off-White by themselves, much less matching them to another color. Open Question: my front porch is starting to rot. can i just fix it and maybe expand it or should i just start from scratch?it's starting to rot on the beams than hold it up near the ground. also what can i do it keep new wood from roting so fast? Open Question: Does anyone know where to find roxy, volcom, fox racing, hurley etc bedding?I am looking for queen size bedding for any of those brands but I haven't had any luck. I know roxy has some but none of it that I have seen is all that great. I checked on CL and eBay but didn't really find anything their either, any help is much appreciated.. It has an orange counter top, dark wood walls and cupboards and a light green stove. It's old vintage looking, but I want to try to keep it bright. I'm not sure what color besides white or creme, that will complement and kind of offset the orange. Open Question: Japanese house design?Where can I find stuff on that? Help? : ) Open Question: Where can I find Balinese furniture in ohio?We recently stayed at the Loews Royal Pacific hotel in Orlando and I love the Balinese style furniture they have in the lobby. I am especially interested in a Kartini chair. I have look online and everything gives me out of country vendors.
