We are thinking of finishing it out into a playroom for our five girls. The front part of the house foundation is buried and the frame of the house is all you see from the front of it. The question is- Would you frame the front interior basement wall -wall that is buried on other side with earth? I like the idea of leaving our interior foundation basement wall unfinished. But painted with water proof paint, then painted with chalk paint for our girls to draw on. We would frame the other basement walls that were bear to the elements from outside. Hubby thinks Im nuts.
