Open Question: How do I edge a curved sunken room with laminate flooring?

In my house there is a sunken room and one corner that connects the hallway/walkway is curved. I want to lay laminate on the walkway and then drop it down into the sunken room. In essence i want it all laminate. On the drop down, it will be like a stair side, however how do i make the wood contour to the curve. So basically there are two curves to deal with: the one with the edging, and the one with the vertical flooring.

Open Question: Are insulated patio covers worth the extra cost?

The salesman tells me that with an insulated patio cover, the temperature underneath will be about 20 degrees cooler than the actual temperature. Can this be true? The patio will not be enclosed. The cement slab will simply be covered with the cover supported by 4 columns(poles). Any input from someone that knows will be appreciated. Thanks!

Open Question: Redecorating my bedroom, ideas and suggestions(10 points)?

Well I'm redecorating my bedroom soon, furniture included. The only problem I have is I'm not very creative so I'm not sure where to begin and what to do. I have a rough of ideas of what colour(s) I want and what type of furniture but nothing specific. So any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Colours: I love dark colours but not too dark if that makes sense, colours like deep blue, gray, silver, purple and maybe a tiny bit of black. But not too much, also I would like to use more than one colour for my walls feel free to add to my list. Furniture: I have weird taste with furniture. I love dark gothic things but then I also like plain & simple things. Its difficult. My interests are books, music, vampires and I don't know what else. Any suggestions and help would be very much appreciated, please go into a lot of detail and thanks so much in advance. (10 points for best answer)
