The place it is a 680 ft2 apartment on a building, it belongs to my grandpa but he offered it to me because it is closer to my job and most of my friends live in the surrounding area. He used to have an office there, so it has fluorescents for lighting, and a little lobby and a space where he had a secretary, I'm guessing I should do some major remodeling...and I would like suggestions for a layout of the space.
