Open Question: need color ideas for my cabinets in my yellow kitchen?I have just painted my kitchen a goldenrod color, and i have bella wood mahogany floors with a bronze colored back drop between the cabinets and counter tops. also a dark stone counter top. I need some color ideas for the cabinets... i tried mahogany stain but it is too matchy with the floor and make the new back drop look cheap. i have brown, green, blue, red, pink, yellow, and orange striped curtains. help please Open Question: Anyone answer more nicotine staining questions?Got some more questions about nicotine staining in the house my husband and I bought. First of all, the Zinsser BIN (shellac based) primer is wonderful for covering staining. Now that we know that even if we can't really see the staining, it may still be lurking in some spots, we want to clean the walls with a little more seriousness. The Zinsser primer can said not to use TSP on the walls because it may interact with the product, so does anyone know what else we could use to try to remove as much staining as possible?
