i have yellow stain and would require patching concerned about possible down the road mildewing

Open Question: Which wall colour goes with Dark Blue rubber floor and Grey metal banisters? Common way in building!?

Sorry, I'm new at this! forgot to say it can't be White - That would have been my choice but not allowed... What about a light Ash Grey? Would that work? Luckily it's very light here, South facing

Open Question: Small bathroom redo.?

I am planning on redoing my small bathroom floor with tile and also replace the wall tile. Any suggetions to make it appear bigger? I would like to stick with neutral tones. There is no window in the bathroom. There is a fullbath, toilet and vanity. Any suggestions would be so apprecitated. Thank you
