I need to buy furniture that is inexpensive. I know IKEA can be inexpensive but not really? Any other stores, maybe one that i'm not thinking of. Open Question: a question for INTERIOR DESIGNERS.?

I'm an interior designer, i just finished and graduated school and im getting a lot of clients that want me to do there places. There's a girl thats having a baby and she wants me to help her with re-arranging her furniture for her nursery, should I charge her for that? Also I'm getting a lot of clients that live far away, as in I would have to fly there or something and I dont have a car yet. So if they wanted me to do there bedroom or living room or something should I charge them? I would offer them, floorplans/ perspectives, image board, and the places to go to get that stuff, since I'm unable too. I also feel like it's not the same experience as if I was actually there, and they have to go out on there own and buy the stuff. Last but not least, what do you do when you have a client and the client keeps asking where im getting all these cool furniture and stuff (image board), in other words, they want to know the price and get it on there own and not pay me and know my sources. How would I get around that?

I'm having boy/girl twins, so i have to do a unisex room. This is the bedding I've decided on for them. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Ginny-Fraser-Splish-Splash-10-Piece-Nursery-in-a-Bag-Set/10854713 I was thinking maybe a pale yellow or pale green. I don't really want to do blue.
