Open Question: Lighting in my Kitchen, Ideas?

Ok, I live in a 2br condo so I have sort of a small kitchen, its not an eat in but its not tiny. Currently there is a 5 light Chandler type fixture, problem is it hangs kinda low and the celling is a tad low as it is. I was looking for a fixture that would be more flush with the celling but most of those only have 3 lights and 60w max and I'm afraid that's going to be too dim since the current fixture takes 5 60 watts. Like this: http://www.homedepot.com/Lighting-Fans-Interior-Decorative-Lighting/h_d1/N-5yc1vZase5Z66xgp/R-202022623/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053 I was thinking maybe a florescent light might be better? Ideas?

Open Question: how do i find a place that will provide stone for building?

Real stone, not those places that advertise cheap fake stone alternatives. I want a house built out of real stone, regardless of the fact that it may be more expensive.
