Open Question: Prom decorations? (Academy Awards theme)? and more... Open Question: Prom decorations? (Academy Awards theme)?I'm hosting the prom this year and I'm buying decorations tomorrow. Our theme is the Academy Awards! We have a budget of 300 dollars and I was wondering what kind of decorations I should buy. (kinds, color, etc). The decorations were pretty lousy the past years and I want this one to be great. I'm running for VP next year and this could really help my campaign. Any suggestions? Thanks! :D For example, the tickets are going to be like movie tickets. Just an idea ;) Open Question: all the switches in my room couldn't turn on. What happened?I was in my room switching the old bulb on a lamp to the energy saver kind in my room,the plug was still in and I put the new one in the socket,turned on the light,flickered a bit with sparks,and then all off a sudden,all the switches in my room couldn't turn on.
