Most people stick with a few basic words like dream, believe, or family, but I want something more unusual. Can you think of any more unusual words that would be good on a wall? I want just one or two words at most, not an entire phrase. Thanks! Thanks Open Question: Can anybody recommend a good general contractor?I have a very small bathroom that I need renovating (replace toilet, vanity, shower & flooring). I have had nearly half a dozen quotes so far but they are all ridiculous. Most are about double what the job should cost (labour only). Open Question: Attic conversion can it be done so small?I live in a dorma house, it has two bedrooms and a small attic space left that covers the length of the house which is 10 feet long by 5 wide (there abouts but im not so good with lengths) it is a lil under 5 foot at the tallest peak (in the middle). I was wondering would it be possible to convert it, someone small would be able to get up there and put flooring down. All we want it for is more storage as at the moment we cant put too much up there for fear of it caving in. So i just wondered is it an option to get a small space like that converted with some flooring, we don't really need plastered walls. I dont mean my house it 10x5 i just mean thats the size of the attic space so i should not of said it covers the length of the house sorry. Open Question: Where can I get porcelain finials or bed knobs?I own an antique brass bed frame, that had four, plain white porcelain glazed finials/bed knobs, one on each corner. Two of the bed knobs have been broken and I am looking to replace them. I would ideally like to replace like-for-like, but would consider other porcelain finials. The finials are 9cm in diameter and are spherical, made from white, glazed porcelain. I have looked all over the web and cant find anything suitable. Can anyone help, or suggest shops or websites in the UK that will sell them.
