Open Question: Do you like a double bowl kitchen sink or single sink?

I currently have a double bowl sink and I can't get used to it, it makes it hard to clean large pots and pans. I guess im used to the single sink because that's what my mom's kitchen had. I also don't use the garbage disposal. What are the pros and cons of a double or single sink?? Thanks. I throw all the food waste in the garbage

Open Question: Is this a good idea for a home plan?

Me and the hubby are trying to see if this is a good idea. We just want something different. Instead of walking in our home to go upstairs. We want to be walking downstairs to get to our bedrooms. Not like the basement or anything. Basically the downstairs which would be the bedroom bathroom closets but up stairs would be the kitchen, living room, dining room and etc. Usually homes are downstairs are the kitchen living room and upstairs are bedroom. Not sure about the safety hazards. We have talked it over amongst ourselves but hasn't really gone to see if someone can build because we don't want to get our hopes up and they say we can't get it built that way.

Open Question: Is it OK to remove the bathtub from the only bathroom in the house?

The bathroom is very small, so I'd like to remove the tub and install a glass walk-in shower to open it up. I'm worried about re-sale though. Will not having a bathtub decrease the value of the house?
