Open Question: What is the best option for us re are to carpet the upstairs and bedrooms of our home.?we are planning on selling the house in a few years. Our options are professional install wich will cost 1,600 or just buy area rugs to fit the rooms. Option 2 will save us about 1,000 dollars. My concern is down the road when we go to sell the house. Will the 600 investment go to waste as not having professional instalation, or is it not that big of a deal. Any insight will be appreciated. Thanks! I'm new to this so excuse me, but would it be possible to convert this into say 2 x 1 one maisonettes ? Actually could probably do a 1 1/2 bed on the ground floor as this is larger than upstairs.
