No plumbing. Just 2 rooms for storage or play or bedrooms. I got the plans drawn up and have gone down twice to get a permit approved. Both times I was shot down for completely different reasons. I'm told I need to go in front of the zoning board and pay some kind of fee and wait for a month and a half and may still get shot down. Personally, I don't believe in anyone telling me what to do with my house. I'm not changing the structure at all and I feel I'm just getting sucked for money.
