My parents have back pains and I need to find a bed that won't sag.....they've tried the tempurpedic bed but it sags after awhile....making their pain worse!

Open Question: What would be the best backing for a Blue Jean Quilt?

I am making a quilt out of old jeans. It is going to have lots of stitching on it so want to hide this with a backing just not sure what would be the best backing for it since its denim.
