Open Question: which scent would you recommend for my air wick plug in scented oil warmer?

i live with my grandparents and they always cook fried fish everyday. they also have a cat and the smell of the litter box is driving me nuts. i just bought these plug in scented oil warmers and i don't know which fragrance smells good. i tried the tropical bliss thing and i didn't like the smell.

Open Question: Is there a way to add more height (2 feet) to an already started wooden fence?

The materials have already been purchased but I have no problem returning them if I have to. I prefer not to though. The guy we hired already took off our current fence. He already installed the poles in their place and completed 1 side of the 3 sided fence. We just realize how short 6 feet actually is. Is there way to add another 2 feet to the fence? I want to be ready with possible ways in case he says its not possibl (unless of course it is not :)) We have extra wood as I originally requested for double layer fence (the fence that has wood on top of wood.) Can I ask him to use some of the already purchase wood to increase the height in the currently installed wood? Any help is grateful. Forgot to add: Our original fence was 8 feet (Atleast.) He reuse most of the poles that were already there so right now, the side thatis completed has about 2 extra feet of poles sticking up. When asked him if he consider that, he said he is going to just cut them off. I don't want to imply I know more than my contractor, but I don't want a fence I'm not happy with either. Does adding a lattice require wooded pillets or would the steel poles serve the same purpose?

I like this color. http://www.architecturaldepot.com/pc/0002/vinyl-raised-panel-shutters/ My husband thinks black, but I feel that might be too plain looking and lack character. Open Question: How can I organize all of the things I have in my room?

Not much storage is capable for how I live, I just need ideas as to how I should manage books, papers, notebooks, CD's, video games, movies, and other things where I have no storage containers, CD or movie racks. Things like that. How can I? The room isn't very big, but it isn't tiny. What should I do? Thanks for any help.

Open Question: Redecorating my fun room (bonus room)...HELP!!!?

We're redecorating our currently clutered, messy bonus room. It's a huge room with crap all over. It's kind of a missunderstood room because there's a desk and bookshelf in there AND a tv with several game stations. We're converting it into a modern and "cool" room. I was thinking of doing orange on all the walls except for one which would be splatter painted!! For furniture and curtains i was thinking black, because it'd contrast beautifully against the bright shades. What do you think? How could i splatter a wall? Any suggestions for the room would be extremely helpful!! Thank you all so much in advance :D

Open Question: What building permits do I need, if any?

I asked a question about removing a wall a little bit ago, and one of the answers made me think about another aspect of my remodeling project. I'm remodeling a kitchen, specifically: new appliances, new cabinets, and adding/ moving a couple light switches and recepticals. Also removing or making a half wall out of the existing dividing wall between the kitchen and living room. I have never remodeled before, so I'm not sure what work I can do without permits? Thanks in advance
