Open Question: Would a wall stencil or wallpaper look better? Which wall should it stand out most on?

My room is a small one, with a decided color scheme of black, white and some red flares. I would like to have a wall dedicated all things photography for I am a camera freak. It is the main feature that I will have to do with my vintage interests, because I will be putting up Polaroids and lomography prints (once I get the cameras!). I have two options on where this photo wall will be: a) a small wall that's about 2.18m long and 2.56m high where my desk will be at, or a long wall where my bed and piano is against and is measured 4m across and has a sub-height of 2.11m with a 24cm indent that stops it from its full height of 2.56m. I should lay down the options. The walls will be white, so the first idea I was thinking of having a large black tree wall-to-ceiling stencil (http://www.home-designing.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/teen-room-furniture.jpg) or something more expansive so that I can stick all my photo booth prints and whatnot on its branches. The second option would be to order wallpaper called FRAMES (http://www.flickr.com/photos/lyannewylde/2987029436/) or find something similar to it and again stick all my pictures on those. My issue is that I don't know which one will be better, in terms of the cost and visual effect. I don't live in the States or the UK, so shipping costs would be a lot for the wallpaper, so that leaves the tree wall stencil to be the cheaper alternative, even when I like the wallpaper more (it will be about $150 for me to do the larger wall, and $100 to do the desk wall). My worry about doing the desk wall is that I think I'll be putting a cork board mounted in front of the desk, as well as having some shelves, so I don't know if either one will stand out after all the additions and clutter. The problem with the larger wall would be that I will be having some shelves and hooks as well, and I don't know if the effect will do so well if it is on such a large scale. So please help me decide on which idea will look better and on which wall. P.S.- I'm really inspired by both ideas, but I don't know what would look cooler or bolder. I'd really like to have my cake and eat it too, so if one turns out more appealing than the other, could anyone help me figure out to use the other idea on a smaller scale?

Open Question: I don't have a closet in my new room, what are some alternatives?

It's also kind of a small room, so I don't have much space to put something big. I need somewhere to put my stuff and I don't want it to look tacky or weird.
