I am a recent convert to the school of thought that considers Goose Fat to be a good treatment for curtains. The advantages are: increased longevity, better resistance to dirt, and a pleasant effect when lit from behind by the sun. Please could someone give me advice on how to actually apply it? I have tried a number of ways, including just using my hands, using a trowel, and using a cloth. The hands method is a quick one, though tends to use a lot of goose fat, and leaves occasional spillages. The trowel is exact but far too slow, and the cloth method wastes a lot through absorption into the cloth.

Open Question: what shade of the color red goes with dark black ?

Hi there ! i'm trying to paint a wooden structure of a racing car wich i made just a week ago. But theres just one thing i need before its done . I am having trouble finding the right shade of the color RED that would go with a dark black paint . I was thinking a dark blood red shade or maybe a brighter shade of red ?? please help me !
