Open Question: help with new flat..?im getting my new flat soon above my new bar, only a little one bedroomed place but i want it to look the part. im 19 and love music and socialising so want a music themed flat if that makes sense, like music decor etc..but also like ganja sofa throws and buddha decor. so basically does anyone know any sites where i can find music, spiritual, chillout, weed themed decor lol? Open Question: which kind of paint will do?I have stenciled out words on my bedroom wall and I want to fill them with black paint.. will normal acrylic or poster paint work or do I need the real stuff.. I've looked at the tester pots but no one around my area does them :) thanks Open Question: How to raise a ceiling and floor in an addition?We recently purchased a home in FL and the house has an addition on the back end of the house which looks to have been a porch that was converted into part of the house. The floor in this "room" was never brought up to the same level as the rest of the house (there is a step down) and the ceiling is also lower than the rest of the home with a flat roof as if it were a covered porch. My question is would I be able to raise both the ceiling and the floor to make it even with the rest of the home. If I am what would I be looking at as far as cost and is it something that can be a DIY project? If it can be a DIY how do I do it??? LOL Any ideas r appreciated! More Recent Articles
