Open Question: how much pitch, lime based plaster and cement would you need to cover a space.?11 feet by 12 feet would this be expensive interms of cost would it be between 100 or say 200 £. Open Question: nails coming through ceiling?My contractor are using 3" nails to cover my roof with S tiles, but some of the nails are going through the roof and exposed inside the ceiling more than 1". This is a concern for me because if I send someone inside the attic to work or if I go myself, isn't it like a mine field of nails waiting for my head to get hit and explode(this incident happen on another job site before and had to rush him to the hospital). My questions is that they are using the correct nail, but would this be up to code for city inspection if they see some nails spread through out the attic with exposed nails that are more than 1" inside the attic???
