The asking price was $133,000, now its 107,000. for 4 bedrooms 3 baths, a dr had it remodled it and let it go into forclouser. it needs a new roof, but th ebank has bids for contractors. The tax assesment on it is $83,000. what do you think? it does have %50 copper piping and new electrical. Open Question: Where do i buy glow in the dark pens?I'm planning a party for the end of the school year. I want to have a bunch of glow in the dark stuff. Does anybody know where i can find glow in the dark fabric pens, or markers. They (please) need to be the kind of markers that will dry in less than an hour. I would also love it if they are cheap.
