His mattress is a 8-plus year old full size. My mattress is a 4-plus month old queen size mattress. Neither of us wants to get rid of our mattress. His idea: keep both beds and push them together in the apartment, making a giant mattress out of the queen and the full. My idea: get rid of his mattress and just use my queen bed for the both of us.
