I'm not sure if the previous paint was oil-based or?latex. I washed the walls first and then applied the primer. It appeared to adhere and then started dripping and dried in awful dripped patterns on the wall. It's a mess. I tried to sand the dried drips, but it didn't work very well. Open Question: Has anyone had trouble with the furniture company S.C.S.?If you have could you please let me know what the problem was and how, if at all you managed to solve the problem with them. Thankyou. Open Question: How would you decorate a white and cream tiled bathroom? Which colours?The bathroom is small but very modern and clean, with one large window up high on the wall. It is tiled with large white tiles floor to ceiling and the floor has been tiled in a warm white/cream/beige colour. The countertop is white, as is the bath, but the cupboard door beneath the countertop is a mushroomy colour.There is a huge mirror on the attached to the wall behind the countertop. How would you decorate? Which colours would you choose. I'm thinking green accents, but would that clash with the floor tiles? It shouldn't be gender specific. We would be sharing his bedroom, but it does not have a closet. As of right now, he is using those pop-up closets that have plastic covers on them to protect his clothes. Being that he is a guy, he only needs one...on the other hand, my built in closet in home is very stuffed. I need a way to see my clothes easily and have them stay organized. I like to organize my tank shirts, dresses, jeans, etc. If I buy one of those closets, I think it will make the room look like a storaage room and tacky. The other storage issue I thought about was I have a desktop computer and he has a small desk...I do not know the best way to make room for a computer because the desk is very narrow, but works for his small laptop.
