Previous owner did some remodeling in about 2002, but things inside the house needs a new facelift. Regardless of budget, I would like to know what needs to be done in specific order if I have the following things to do for my house. Absolutely need to change: - Replace Roof (its about 8-9 years old) - Remodel Entire Kitchen - Change Carpet in the rooms and Tile in Kitchen to all hardwood floor. (Bathroom can wait) - Insulation for the house - Energy Saving windows - Fumigating the house Good to have, but not needed. - Waterless heater Last note, if anyone has a "medium of the road" price on each item, please advise as well so that I know if the estimation people that come out is not pulling my leg. My hair dresser said that it was permanent color but when i went back she said that they didn't make permanent color like that it is all semi permanent.
