Also the covers and pillows are red, white and black. My wife wanted a metallic silver, but i don't know how well it would go with the tan. I was thinking maybe a "goldish" red on the accent wall. Please help!!
Has anyone ever bought from Amazon.com? I'm looking to furnish my new apartment, and I've found this couch that is like $50 cheaper online than in the store and I really want to get it. But, I've never bought anything over Amazon, or anything this big from an online store. If this couch works out good, I'm actually thinking about buying other big items from Amazon. I have one bold "cabin red" wall. The living room is naturalistic and warm ...but I'm over my old faux job on the other walls. I want something lighter, but that will stand out from trim, but Im afraid once I get it up, it will be too light for me. But I am afraid to have it too bold, being that I have a red wall?? thansk for any tips!

I'm renovating my house and trying to decide what color dimensional shingles would look good on the house once I reside it with cypress siding. I will leave the wood it's natural color and just finish it with a clear protective coat.
I live in a 1 bd apt that has a sliding glass balcony door facing north. This is the only natural light into the living room area and there is a big pine tree blocking the sun for the most part. My bedroom window faces south so that room seems to get enough sun. Any ideas for making the living room look "sunnier"?
