The base is an octagon , six feet around. The sidings are 12 feet high and six feet in width. The top (roof) is 8 triangles, the width 6 feet and the height 8 feet on each side. Can anyone estimate how much paint I would need, seeing as I know nothing about this. I am using Behr paint by the way, that was recommended. p.s. one of the sidings is completely gone, because that is an open door way. also, there are two windows in two of the sidings, that are 3x2 feet.. Open Question: any dressing room ideas?I decided to make the spare room next to my bedroom into a dressing room :) and Im looking for any ideas...? also, how to store things. I brought two free standing rails, not sure what they are called...? but they have wheels on the bottom so i can move them. they take up a lot of room. I hung my clothes on them, and hung my necklaces and jewlar off pins on the pin board. im putting nails into the wall to hang my belts on. Im not sure where to put my handbags...and i have a shoe rack. the floor is wooden. the walls have been painted on by the artist who lived in the house before, and now the walls are quite dark and depressing, so im planning on buying white cheap double flat sheets and hanging them up over the walls. any quirky or different ideas on how to decorate? Open Question: How to decorate my room?I'm 13 years old and my room at my dad's house is boring. My room at my mom's house is not boring at all. My dad does not want to spend much money. I don't even know how I should decorate it. I already have a desk, nightstand, bed, dresser, and a bookshelf. All of them are dark wood except the nightstand which is white. The walls are lavender and my bedding is pink with white polka dots. I'm a girly-girl and I love to create. Thank you :) Open Question: Is it ok to use flat paint in bathrooms and kitchens?I live in a mobile home and it has the old wallpapery looking walls that I want to update. I really like the matte look that I see in on the walls of homes with sheet rock walls ( even in the bathrooms and kitchens) but when I go to the paint stores they discourage me from using a flat paint in those areas.
