Open Question: Building a home vs. buying?We already own the land, and plan to do alot of the work (electric, plumbing and about 75% of the actual construction). The home is going to be a single floor, 3 bed room, 1.5 bath, probally about 2000 sf total. Does anyone know about how much it would cost to have this built? I live in Arkansas? Thanks much!!! Open Question: Ideas on creation of room decor.?Here's the deal. I just moved into my parents' old bedroom which is way larger than the previous miniature room that I used to live in. Everything I had in this previous room is now spaced out, especially the items that were on the wall. Most of our shopping is being done online, and while the reviews are good for both 2-4" pads, we're not sure how much is really necessary. We want to make our bed more comfortable, but with the large price difference per inch, we really don't want to get a thicker one than we need.
