Open Question: Do I need to contact Condo Association for remodel work?want to knock out a bedroom wall to make it bigger. Replace carpet with wood flooring; paint the whole inside, replace island with a new island, install fire place, paint upper level, replace ceiling fan and light fixtures. I've already contact association president about fire place, that there will be vent work going out outside wall; no problem there. Do I need to discuss the other projects with association board members even though it does not effect outside common areas? Interested in hearing your comments and expertise. Thanks so much!
