Open Question: How do I decorate colors in my room?So I'm a teen. My carpet is a blueish greenish color. My bed spread has pink blues and purples in it. It contrast well. But I don't know how to decorate the rest of my room. I can paint my walls, so I was thinking about going to Walmart and A craft store to buy some paintings. What colors should I accessorize my room? Open Question: What colors would you paint this kitchen?I moved in here about 2 years ago and I painted the red right away, i love red. Well it was not the red that i really wanted once it dried, it looks more maroon than anything to me.... So I didn't finish painted the other accent walls because I wasn't sure it i was going to keep the red or not.... The problem is that the kitchen and living room are together, nothing separates them so I wanted to paint 2 colors that went well together and I have bought many many gallons of paint and I am still clueless. Color is hard to pick. I picked up a green yesterday that I Truly love, it is like a brown green almost for my living room but it is a really deep deep green and really dark i am scared to use it for the room because the rooms are small and not much lighting... Please excuse the mess, kids are all over this morning lol. ANd frames on wall need to be straightened.. That wall with all my frames were made by me out of peckered cypress, really $$$ so I am looking for color to go with them, some are stained in green, brown, red. My colors that I really wanted to go with in the living room is a pretty goldy color but I cant find one that is goldy and not orange or too bright. What are your op ions.. I will be adding crown molding in each rooms so I will do them in white to make them pop out more and I do want to paint the ceiling, but I also need a color for that too... Can y'all give me some paint color and who makes the paint and I can go check it out, hopefully I can get that color at Lowe's or look at it online....
