There is no door for the doorway, and I would like to put french-style doors there, but custom ordering them is too expensive. I'm thinking of buying the hardware for french doors, purchasing a bifold door (approx. $40), and modifying it to open and close like french doors. Has anyone done this, or know how complicated it would be for someone that's pretty darn handy? I think it's because they are just way to dull and boring for me to even notice.
